Overview

Connect your Confluence content to Bid Library without manual re-uploads. Import pages once for a quick snapshot, or set up a synced library to keep content automatically up to date - synced content stays view-only in Bid Library, with Confluence remaining the source of truth.

Different Modes of Confluence Integration

Mode

Description

1

Confluence Space Sync

Syncs an entire Confluence space into Bid Library. Content stays automatically up to date as changes are made in Confluence. View-only in Bid Library — edit source content in Confluence.

2

Confluence Scoped Page Sync

[Confirm: does Confluence support scoping to a specific page tree/parent page, similar to a "folder"? If so:] Syncs a single page and its sub-pages into Bid Library, rather than the whole space. Same automatic sync behaviour as Space Sync, just narrowed to the page tree you choose. View-only in Bid Library.

3

Confluence Static Import

Imports selected pages from Confluence into Bid Library as a one-time snapshot. Fully editable once imported, but won't reflect later changes made in Confluence — re-import manually if you need updates.
