Notification settings are user-specific, so each team member can configure their own preferences.
Available Notification Types
You can configure notifications for the following:
In-App Notifications
Receive notifications within the platform for:
Review assignments – You're assigned to review a question.
Review unassignments – You're removed from a question review assignment.
Changes under review – A question you're reviewing has been updated.
Email Notifications
Receive email notifications for:
Review assignments – You're assigned to review a question.
Changes under review – A question you're reviewing has been updated.
BidHunter daily digest (requires the BidSearch add-on).
Calendar Sync
Sync important bid dates with your calendar, including:
Bid deadlines
Key dates
Calendar sync is only available after you've connected either a Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar account from Settings → Integrations.

To configure your notifications:
Go to
Settings.Select
Notifications.Enable or disable the notification types you'd like to receive.
Changes are saved automatically.

BidHunter Email Notifications
About BidHunter
BidHunter is the automated agent that searches for tender opportunities based on your saved search criteria.
BidHunter email notifications are only available if your account has the BidSearch add-on enabled.
When BidHunter email notifications are enabled:
You'll receive a daily digest email.
Emails are sent at 1:00 PM (UTC).
Each email includes up to 3 matched opportunities.
If more than 3 opportunities are found, the remaining opportunities will still be available within BidHunter.
Turning BidHunter Email Notifications On
Before enabling BidHunter notifications, make sure your account has the BidSearch add-on.
Steps
Go to
Settings.Select
Notifications.Locate
BidHunter email notifications.Toggle the switch on (green).
Once enabled, BidHunter will start sending daily email updates based on your saved searches.
Turning BidHunter Email Notifications Off
You can disable BidHunter email notifications at any time.
Steps
Go to
Settings.Select
Notifications.Locate
BidHunter email notifications.Toggle the switch off (grey).
How BidHunter Notifications Work
Notifications are generated from your saved searches.
BidHunter sends one daily digest email.
Each digest contains up to three matched opportunities.
Additional matched opportunities remain available within BidHunter.
Notification preferences are configured per user.
This allows different team members to receive opportunity alerts based on their own saved searches.
Not Receiving BidHunter Emails?
If BidHunter email notifications are enabled but you're not receiving emails:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Confirm that BidHunter email notifications are enabled.
Make sure you have active saved searches.
Verify that your account has the BidSearch add-on.
