Projects is where all live bid work happens. Every opportunity your team is working on appears here, grouped by how far it has progressed, so you can see the state of the whole pipeline in one place.
Where to find it
In the left-hand sidebar, under Workspace, click Projects.
The five progress statuses
Every project sits in exactly one status at a time.
Not Started | The project has been created, but work has not yet begun. |
Ongoing | The project is actively being worked on. |
Submitted | The bid or proposal has been submitted. |
Won | The bid was successful. |
Lost | The bid was unsuccessful. |
A project's status changes when you move it between columns in board view, or when you edit it directly from its Project Dashboard.
Opportunity cards
Each project appears as an opportunity card showing its name, client and key details.
Click a card to open that project's Project Dashboard — the workspace for everything specific to that bid: uploading tender documents, extracting questions, building the task pipeline, and drafting and reviewing answers.
Projects gives you the view across all your bids. The Project Dashboard is where you work inside one.
The three aggregate views
Within Projects you can switch between three views. Each one gathers a different type of record from every project in your workspace, so your team can manage work across all bids without opening each project one by one.
Projects | Every project in your workspace, for monitoring the pipeline and managing bids as a whole. |
Tasks | Pipeline tasks from every project, for understanding workload, seeing what is due next, and spotting blocked or unassigned work. |
Questions | Questions from every project, for coordinating writers and reviewers across several submissions at once. |
All three views work the same way. They share the same list and board layouts, the same filtering and display controls, and the same saved views — so once you have learned one, the others will feel immediately familiar.
