Flagged Items in the Bid Library

Flagged Items are notifications within BidScript that highlight missing, incomplete, or potentially valuable content in your Bid Library. They help ensure that your AI-assisted draft responses are comprehensive, accurate, and contextually rich.

What Are Flagged Items

  • Identify content gaps in your library.

  • Highlight opportunities to upload new or missing information.

  • Improve the completeness and quality of first-draft responses.

Tip: Regularly reviewing flagged items strengthens both the library and AI-generated drafts.

Viewing Flagged Items

To view your flagged items, from the Bid Library:

  • Go to Bid Library

  • Locate Flagged Items at the top of the navigation panel

  • Click into Flagged Items and you'll see your list

Managing Flagged Items

Assigning:

Allocate flagged items to team members for content creation or follow-up.

  • Visit Flagged Items

  • Click Assign on the Flagged Item you'd like to address

  • Select the team member you'd like to Assign the Flagged Item to

Resolving:

Upload or link the necessary document or data to close the content gap.

To confirm a Flagged Item as Resolved:

  • Visit Flagged Items

  • Click Resolved on the Flagged Item which has been addressed

Deleting:

Remove outdated or irrelevant flagged items once resolved.

To delete Flagged Items:

  • Visit Flagged Items

  • Click the three dots in the top right hand corner of the card

  • Select Delete

Warning: Deletion is permanent.

Best Practices:

  • Monitor flagged items consistently to maintain an up-to-date library.

  • Use flagged items as a roadmap for library improvement.

  • Link resolved flagged items to projects or bid questions to enhance AI accuracy for future tenders.

Flagged items serve as an ongoing quality control mechanism, helping your team keep the Bid Library robust, complete, and optimised for AI-assisted bid drafting.
