The Questions aggregate view shows every question across every project, organised by workflow stage. Use it to triage at scale and focus on the items that need action — particularly valuable when you are coordinating writers, reviewers and bid managers across several submissions at once.

It is one of the three views inside Projects. The list and board layouts, filtering, display options and saved views all behave as described in Working with views, filters and saved views. This article covers what is specific to questions.

Where to find it

In the left-hand sidebar, under Workspace, click Projects, then switch to the Questions view, , accessible via the top navigation bar.

Sorting in list view

Questions can be ordered by:

  • Question

  • Identifier

  • Status

  • Project

  • Client

  • Document

  • Updated

In board view, the same fields are available except Status, which the columns already group by.

Board columns

Board view groups questions by workflow stage.

Not Started

The question exists, but work has not yet begun.

In Progress

The question is actively being worked on.

In Review

The draft is ready for review, or is currently under review.

Reviewed

The question has been reviewed and completed.

Dragging a question card into a different column changes its workflow stage, and the change is reflected inside the question's own project.

Filters

Projects

Show questions from one or more specific projects.

Project Status

Show questions whose parent project is in a chosen status: Not Started, Ongoing, Submitted, Won or Lost.

Question Status

Show questions at a chosen workflow stage: Not Started, In Progress, In Review or Reviewed.

Assignees

Show questions by the people responsible for drafting or owning them.

Reviewers

Show questions by the people responsible for reviewing them.

Project Client

Show questions whose parent project belongs to a chosen client.

Filters combine. Setting Question Status to In Review alongside your own name under Reviewers, for example, gives you your personal review queue across every live bid.
