The Tasks aggregate view brings pipeline tasks from every project into one shared workspace. Use it to understand workload across the business, see what is due next, and spot work that is blocked or unassigned.

It is one of the three views inside Projects. The list and board layouts, filtering, display options and saved views all behave as described in Working with views, filters and saved views. This article covers what is specific to tasks.

Where to find it

In the left-hand sidebar, under Workspace, click Projects, then switch to the Tasks view, accessible via the top navigation bar.

Sorting in list view

Tasks can be ordered by:

  • Task Status

  • Task Name

  • Project

  • Client

  • Priority

  • Start Date

  • Due Date

In board view, the same fields are available except Task Status, which the columns already group by.

Board columns

Board view groups tasks by delivery stage, so you can see live operational status at a glance.

To Do

The task is ready to start, but work has not yet begun.

In Progress

The task is actively being worked on.

Done

The task has been completed.

Blocked

The task cannot currently move forward.

Dragging a task card into a different column changes its status, and the change is reflected in the task's own project pipeline.

Filters

Projects

Show tasks from one or more specific projects.

Project Client

Show tasks whose parent project belongs to a chosen client.

Project Status

Show tasks whose parent project is in a chosen status: Not Started, Ongoing, Submitted, Won or Lost.

Assignees

Show tasks assigned to one or more specific team members.

Unassigned Only

Show only tasks that currently have no assignee.

Min Start Date

Show only tasks starting on or after a chosen date.

Max End Date

Show only tasks ending on or before a chosen date.

Priority

Show tasks at a chosen priority: Low, Medium, High or Critical.

Filters combine. Pairing Unassigned Only with a Max End Date of this Friday, for example, surfaces work that is due imminently and has nobody on it.

Useful saved views

  • Tasks due this week

  • Blocked tasks

  • High-priority tasks

  • Tasks assigned to you

  • Unassigned tasks
