The Projects aggregate view shows every project your team has created, from high-level pipeline oversight down to hands-on management of an individual bid.

It is one of the three views inside Projects. The list and board layouts, filtering, display options and saved views all behave as described in Working with views, filters and saved views. This article covers what is specific to projects.

Where to find it

In the left-hand sidebar, under Workspace, click Projects.

Sorting in list view

Projects can be ordered by:

  • Status

  • Name

  • Client

  • Contract Value

  • Due Date

In board view, the same fields are available except Status, which the columns already group by.

Board columns

Board view groups projects into the five progress statuses: Not Started, Ongoing, Submitted, Won and Lost. For what each status means, see Projects: Overview.

Dragging a project card into a different column changes the project's status to match.

Filters

Status

Show projects in one or more statuses: Not Started, Ongoing, Submitted, Won or Lost.

Assignees

Show projects assigned to one or more specific team members.

Started After

Show only projects created on or after a chosen date.

Started Before

Show only projects created on or before a chosen date.

Min Contract Value

Show only projects at or above a chosen value, to focus on larger opportunities.

Max Contract Value

Show only projects at or below a chosen value.

Filters combine. Setting Status to Ongoing and Submitted alongside an assignee shows only that person's live bids; adding a minimum contract value narrows it to their largest ones.

Useful saved views

  • All active projects

  • High-value opportunities

  • Projects assigned to you

  • Submitted projects awaiting outcome
