Apply a theme to one question
Open the question's Answer Workspace.
Click the dropdown arrow next to the generation button.
Choose the Win Theme from the list.
Generate the draft.
Apply a theme across many questions
Select the Win Theme in the generation window when you bulk generate, and it applies consistently to every question in your selection.

Applying a theme at bulk generation is the more effective route. Applying it question by question tends to produce drift, because each generation is a fresh decision about which theme fits.
How a theme changes the draft
With a theme assigned, BidScript biases the response toward it by:
Emphasising the relevant strengths and outcomes
Adjusting tone and framing to support the theme
Aligning language with your strategic positioning
The theme is applied contextually, so responses stay natural, compliant and specific to the question rather than reading as a template.
Best practice
Apply one primary theme per question or group of questions.
Use bulk generation where you can, for consistency across the bid.
Avoid stacking themes unless they genuinely complement each other.
Read the generated content to check the theme reinforces the answer rather than dominating it.
Leave themes off questions that are purely factual or compliance-only.
