Member Capacity

Compare everyone in your team side by side - workload, availability, win rate and skills - and understand what each capacity metric actually measures.

The Member Capacity page shows everyone in your selected team side by side, so you can compare workload, availability, performance and skills before deciding who takes on what.

Where the Performance Dashboard shows overall team health, this page answers a more specific question: who has room for more work, who is approaching their limit, and who needs support.

Where to find it

  1. In the left-hand sidebar, click Team.

  2. Toggle on People.

The member table replaces the performance panels.

What the page shows

A row of summary indicators across the top gives a quick read on the team's position:

  • Average team availability

  • Average win-rate context

  • Overdue task rate

Below that is the member table - a person-by-person view. Depending on which columns you have enabled, it can show member identity and role, workload and bid capacity, project and question availability, total bids and win rate, and task health and progress.

Capacity and performance metrics

These metrics are used throughout the Team area, including on individual member profiles.

Workload

A combined indicator of delivery pressure, based on a person's live assignments.

Bid Capacity

How many active bids they are assigned to, compared with their configured capacity.

Project Availability

How much project-level capacity they have remaining.

Question Availability

How much question-level capacity remains, based on current assigned and review workload.

Task Health

How well their assigned tasks are being kept on track, including any overdue items.

Task Progress

How many of their tasks on active projects have been completed.

Win Rate

Commercial context, based on the bids they have been involved in.

Availability figures are calculated against the thresholds set in Capacity Settings, so they are relative to how your organisation has defined a full workload — not to an absolute. See Performance Dashboard.

Read workload and availability together rather than separately. Someone can show remaining project availability while carrying a heavy question load, which is why the two are measured apart.

Find the right person

Filters narrow the list to the people relevant to the decision in front of you. You can:

  • Search by name, email, description or skills

  • Filter by role, availability level or skills

  • Sort by performance or workload metrics

  • Show or hide columns to focus on what matters

Searching by skill is the quickest way to find a specialist for a particular response area - but it only works if member profiles are filled in. See Team Member Profiles.

Open someone's profile

Click a member's row, or use the Profile action, to open their Team Member Profile — where you can review performance, skills, recent activity and profile details in more depth.

Permissions

Anyone without permission to view team members is redirected to the Performance Dashboard.

Best practice

Check this page before assigning work on an active bid. It is most useful for deciding:

  • Who can realistically take on another opportunity

  • Who is overloaded and should be protected from more work

  • Who has the right skills for a specialist response area

  • What expertise is available in the team right now
