Set organisation-wide defaults for BidBot grounding, storyboard requirements, and bot branding from Settings.

From Settings → Organisation → Team Content Controls, admins can set a few organisation-wide defaults for how BidBot behaves across your team.

Restrict BidBot Grounding to Grounding Context

When this is switched on, BidBot is limited to the same grounding sources a draft was originally produced with, rather than pulling in anything newer or broader from your Bid Library. This is useful if you want answers to stay consistent with what was originally cited.

For more on how grounding and sources work, see Bid Library: Overview.

Require Storyboards by Default

Turning this on sets the default for new project questions across your team — new questions will require a storyboard unless changed. This is a starting point, not a lock: individual questions can still be set to require or not require a storyboard, and workflows can override it too.

See Managing Storyboards for how storyboards work at the question level.

Bot Branding

Customise how your assistant appears to your team by uploading an avatar and setting a display name. By default this is BidBot, but you're free to rename and re-skin it to match your organisation.
