Overview

Connect your SharePoint content to Bid Library without manual re-uploads. Import files once for a quick snapshot, or set up a synced library to keep content automatically up to date - synced content stays view-only in Bid Library, with SharePoint remaining the source of truth.

Different Modes of SharePoint Integration

Mode

Description

1

SharePoint Site Sync

Syncs an entire SharePoint site into Bid Library. Content stays automatically up to date as changes are made in SharePoint. View-only in Bid Library - edit source files in SharePoint.

2

SharePoint Scoped Folder Sync

Syncs a single SharePoint folder into Bid Library, rather than the whole site. Same automatic sync behaviour as Site Sync, just narrowed to the folder you choose. View-only in Bid Library.

3

SharePoint Static Import

Imports selected files or folders from SharePoint into Bid Library as a one-time snapshot. Fully editable once imported, but won't reflect later changes made in SharePoint - re-import manually if you need updates.
